We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless communication between prospects and account executives. Requirements
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other outreach methods.
- Research and gather information on target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and messaging.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Educate prospects about the company's products or services, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
- Schedule qualified meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team to further pursue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and messaging strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified meetings or opportunities generated.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales and marketing tools.
- Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of rejection and challenges.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
